Running for Rest, Dignity & Care

This October, I’m running the 8K in the Royal Victoria Marathon for the people who live at Rest Haven Lodge  and I need your support.

I’m part of Broadmead Care’s Kms4Care team, raising funds for urgently needed medical-grade mattresses. These specialized beds use air-flow technology to reduce pressure and prevent painful bedsores – bringing comfort and dignity to people who deserve so much more than just the basics.

This is about giving others the gift of rest.
