Our story…
One half-marathon, two causes, one shared story.
This October, we’re running the Victoria Half Marathon, on Vancouver Island.
We’re two French women living in Canada, and we’ve decided to run for two causes that mean a lot to us:
🇨🇦 BC Cancer Foundation, to support cancer research.
🇫🇷 L'Association Petits Princes, to help make dreams come true for ill children (https://collecter.petitsprinces.com/fundraisers/runforlife)
Why these causes?
Because cancer has deeply impacted our lives.
Mellie lost her mother to cancer, and Maïna witnessed her sister and her best friend fight the disease.
So we’re running for them. And for everyone who’s going through, or has been through, this fight.
