I've been part of the military/veterans community all my life, and I've witnessed up close many of the challenges faced by members and their families, including the difficulty of sustaining a healthy and happy family while serving, overcoming permanent physical and mental injuries sustained in service to Canada, and navigating the bureaucratic labyrinth to access necessary supports. The charitable organizations supported by the Army Run provide invaluable support in addressing these challenges with empathy and understanding, because they are deeply connected to the military community. That's why I take part in the Army Run. Thank you very much for supporting our military members, veterans and their families.
