Canada Army Run is more than just a race. It's about Canadians and the Canadian Armed Forces joining together in the spirit of camaraderie and community. It’s a chance for the troops to extend the military esprit de corps to Canadians and to thank them for their support. And, it’s an opportunity for Canadians to say thanks to the men and women who serve them in so many ways at home and abroad. Joins us in this year's edition of Canada Army Run.

Volunteering
Canada Army Run will need volunteers to help make this year’s event the best one yet! We can’t do it without you!
You will be able to choose the area you’d like to volunteer in, and you can volunteer with family and friends. This is also an ideal opportunity for high school students 14 years and older to fulfill their Community Involvement Activities required for Ontario Secondary School Diplomas.

Virtual Race Kit Shipping
Race kits will be mailed to the shipping address entered during registration. Participants registering after 1 Sep may experience additional delays, including race kits arriving after the virtual event window.
Transfer Deadline
The deadline to complete transfers is midnight (Eastern) on July 31, 2025. No exceptions.

Since 2008, through race proceeds and the fundraising efforts of participants, Canada Army Run has contributed over $5 million to Support Our Troops and Soldier On to care for our Canadian Armed Forces community, their families and the ill and injured. This includes providing financial assistance to promote family resiliency and to support the recovery, rehabilitation, and reintegration of members with a physical and/or mental illness or injury.

Exclusive Fundraiser Bib (In-Person Event Only)
Show your support on race day with the exclusive fundraiser race bib! All registrants in any in-person events who donate or fundraise $20 or more will automatically receive a special bib to commemorate your achievement. This new bib will take the place of your race day bib and will display your bib number, name, distance and corral information. Canada Army Run greatly appreciates you and your effort to stand with those who serve our country and their families!
*NOTE* - bibs will be issued based on the total raised on your personal pledge page. If you are donating during registration, ensure you select "Donate to (your name)'s fundraising page" below in the "How would you like to apply this donation?" field. Fundraiser bibs cannot be opted-out of and will be the only bib issued at race kit pickup.

Privacy Notice
Personal information is collected by the Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS), under the authority of the National Defence Act. Your name or alias, personal email address, username created for registration, password, activity data (such as run/steps), chat messages and photos will be collected on the Race Roster platform, a third party located in London, Ontario. Payment card information may also be collected to process the payment for your registration or donation, where applicable. Your username, activity data and photos you saved on the Race Roster platform will be shared with the other participants in the activity, challenge or event. The information will be used by CFMWS to communicate with you regarding the activity, challenge or event, and to generate statistical reports and the results. With your consent, CFMWS may retain and use your email address for other CFMWS communications.
Personal information is protected, and is only used and disclosed in accordance with the Privacy Act. Under the Act, you have rights of access to and correction of your personal information, and the right to file a complaint to the Privacy Commissioner of Canada regarding the institution’s handling of personal information.
