My Story…
I am participating in the 2025 Canada Army virtually to once again show support of our Armed Forces members and veterans in memory of our son Cpt Patrick Rushowick. He took his life in 2013 and not a day goes by when I and my family do not miss him. I am walking the Commander's Challenge because I believe in the need for better mental health support for members and veterans. I ask for your help in reaching my goal. And if you would like to join me in one or all of these walks I encourage you to do so. Thank you to all who have supported me in the past.
