I'm honored to be taking part once again in the Canada Army Run, this time stepping up to the Sergeant Major Challenge—a powerful test of endurance that combines both the 5K and 10K races. As someone who works for National Defence, this event is quite personal. It's not only a chance to push myself physically, but also an opportunity to raise crucial funds for Support Our Troops, an organization that provides essential resources to Canadian Armed Forces Members, veterans, and their families. 

After completing the 10K last year, I'm excited to take on this greater challenge and continue giving back.

I can’t do it alone. Your support, through a donation of any amount, helps sustain vital programs like mental health care, family support services, and educational scholarships for the military community. 

Finally, and even more personally, I run with the hope that my children will one day follow in these footsteps—not just in racing shoes, but in the spirit of service, resilience, and community.
