West Van Run

Volunteer registration is now open for the 2025 West Van Run, and we’re looking for dedicated individuals to help organize an epic weekend of racing for our community! We have several volunteer opportunities available across different days:

• Thursday, February 27: Package Pick-up at Lovelarte - 101-345 Robson St.
• Friday, February 28: Package Pick-up at Lovelarte - 228 Lonsdale Ave.
• Saturday, March 1: Event Day Support
• Sunday, March 2: Event Day Support

As a thank you for your time and support, volunteers will receive:

• A $20 gift card to Lovelarte - Espresso Bar and Bakery
• A West Van Run t-shirt
• Free entry into one of the West Van Run or North Van Run events (for those who volunteer on 2 or more days)

Important: All volunteers will need to attend one of the volunteer training sessions one week before event weekend.
