Join our #HeartforAutismlc army and help created the best participant experience possible. We have Friday's, and Saturday's options as well as a wide variety of positions available. All Volunteers will receive an event volunteer t-shirt, snack and drinks!

Packet pick up / registration
Packet pickup /Registration volunteers help with the distribution of race packets to participants at events. Some responsibilities of a packet pickup/registration volunteer is to direct runners to the correct area for packet pickup, Verifying runner identification, Handing out race packets, and directing runners to the race registration area if they haven't already registered.
To ensure your task goes smoothy, we will provide you with training on Checkin / Registration software During the week of the race. Training info will be sent via email as we get closer to race week.
Course Marshals
Bicyclist: Lead / Support / Trailing
A cyclist main role is to guide runners correctly and ensure a smooth race experience.Cyclist have several other responsibilities too, including:
Being prepared - The lead cyclist should be ready to dismount and fix issues, such as incorrect signage or missing volunteers.
Water Station
Their responsibilities may include:
Volunteering at water stations can be a long day, but it's an important role that helps keep participants hydrated and motivated.
