Join us this fall as we run from the beautiful Legislative grounds for a 5km, 10km and 10 mile event!
Race Times
- Sunday September 7, 2025
- 10 Mile Run @ 7:00 AM
- 10 km Run @ 7:15 AM
- 5 km Run @ 7:35 AM
All participants will receive a long sleeve race shirt and medal!
Strollers are welcome on the 5km route only. Both the adult and the child in the stroller must register for the event.
Race Kit Pickup

Saturday, September 6th 10am-2pm
All race kits MUST be picked up prior to the event. There is no race day kit pick up.
Bike Valet Service will be available from 6:00-noon on event day.
Parking is available for all participants, spectators and volunteers in the Canada Life employee parking lot free of charge. ***please do NOT park in spaces designated "reserved 24 hours*** or your vehicle may be towed.
Also, street parking is free on downtown streets on Sundays. Please note that parking will not be available on Granite Way or Westminster Ave. due to race closures.
The start and finish lines are located at the South Rotunda of the Legislative grounds.

For over 25 years, RaY has empowered disconnected youth through supports, training, and compassion to encourage them to make the best possible choices for their lives. RaY is a nationally recognized and award-winning nonprofit organization located in Winnipeg, MB. RaY supports youth ages 0 – 29 with integrated programs and services in a nonjudgmental and inclusive space.
