We are from all parts of the Hong Fook community participating in the Toronto Waterfront Marathon on October 18—running not just for ourselves, but for our community. Mental health is at the core of everything we do, and we know firsthand the impact it has on the individuals and families we serve. By running together, we can start conversations, break down stigma, and support those who need it most.
