Oh la la! Get ready to lace up for the fourth edition of La French Run!
Dash through the heart of Calgary's historic Francophone quarter, Rouleauville, in the most joyeuse race! What's your style? A breezy 5km, a daring 10km, or perhaps the merry Kid's race? You will run along numerous landmarks that make Rouleauville iconic, wrapping up your adventure with a tasting of French pastries at the finish line.
Ready, set, allez!
Runners are not allowed to run with a stroller or a dog.

5K Run/Walk Route
Due to city construction on the pathway under MacLeod Trail, we have had to make last minute changes to our race routes. Both distances start by running along 19th Ave from 1st St then heading south on 2nd street (on the sidewalk) and turning on 21st Ave to cross the bridge into Lindsay Park. The 5km then does two laps between turn point 1 and turn point 2. After the second time around turn point 2 you will return to the start/finish via the old train bridge from Lindsay Park to 1st St. Please see the updated map below and check out the interactive map to see the laps.

Race Package Pick-Up
Race package pick up will be available at Alliance Française (1721 29 Ave SW) on Thursday, September 11 from 4:00 - 6:00 and on Saturday, September 13 from 10:30 - 12:30 at Strides Running Store, Marda Loop (3566 Garrison Gate SW). Note: these times are subject to change depending on registration numbers.
