Campfire Circle creates joy, connection, and comfort for kids with cancer or serious illness — and their families — through camp programs that remind them what it feels like to just be a kid.
I’ve seen that magic firsthand. First as an In-Hospital Program Specialist at SickKids, and now as an Events Coordinator, I’ve watched kids find laughter, confidence, and community in the toughest moments of their lives.
That’s why I’m running the #SportingLife10K — to help bring this joy to even more families across Ontario.

Help deliver healing through happiness to kids with cancer or serious illness and their families.
For over 40 years Campfire Circle has provided play-based experiences through our in-hospital, community, and overnight camps for kids with cancer or serious illness and their families. We empower kids to take back their childhood, regardless of their medical diagnosis.
Now, more than ever, kids with serious illness and their families need moments of joy, connection, and healing.
