Daisy Dash

Are you passionate about running and looking for a way to contribute to the Austin running community? The Austin Runners Club invites you to join our incredible volunteer team for the 47th running of the Daisy Dash Kids Mile and 5k and 10k races all benefiting Marathon Kids. We hope to see you there!

Volunteer Opportunities:

- Pre-race set up on 10/18: Unload and set up, attach signage, place signage, place chairs, tables & pop-up tents
- Packet Pick-up on 10/17 and 10/18: Check-in participants at computer stations, hand out shirts and bibs!
- Water Stations: There are two this year. Hydrate and cheer on our runners! Bring a friend or a group!
- Start Finish/Line Support: Help with start and finish logistics, hand out our signature finish line flowers, CHEER on runners!
- Course Marshals: Keep our runners safe, direct them on the course, and cheer our runners in the Kids Dash, 5k and 10k!
- Check-in Support: Assist with late packet pick-up, answer questions, and offer general site support.
- Distance Challenge Support: Assist staff with our Distance Challenge Event participant check-in and hospitality tent.
- Tear down: Breakdown tents, tables, chairs, signage, general area clean up, and move items to the loading zone for truck.

Kids Mile Start: 7:40am
5k/10k Start: 8am

New Location: 4912 MSG Bob Horrigan Trail, Sunset Valley, Texas 78745
Between the West Side of Burger Stadium and Sunset Valley Elementary. The cross street is Jones Rd.

Volunteer shifts start from 6:30 - 7:30am ending between 10:30 and 11am
