Registration closes on Thursday, June 5th at 12PM or when a given Event has reached it's entry limits.

1. Register by Sunday, May 18th to receive a Race Specific T-Shirt.

2. Registration received after May 18th will receive a Series T-Shirt.

3. You may also select $5 off your cart if you opt out of selecting a T-Shirt.

4. Register by Sunday, June 1st to receive a personalized race bib.

5. Registrations received after June 1st will receive a non personalized bib.

MultiSport Canada Triathlon Series Registration Policies

We realize in some circumstances that participants are unable to attend our events. Our refund policy offers flexibility for participants while ensuring the sustainability of your favourite events.

Refund Policy

  • Four (4) Weeks prior to Event Weekends (on or before Sundays at 11:59PM) we will extend a 75% refund on your event fees
  • Two (2) Weeks prior to Event Weekends (on or before Sundays at 11:59PM) we will extend a 25% refund on your event fees
  • Within (2) Weeks of any Event Weekend there will be No Refunds
  • With all refunds, participants will be required to pay the processing fee

How do I request a Refund?

  1. Email info@multisportcanada.com with ‘Refund Request – Event Name’ in the subject line
  2. Include a confirmation number or email address associated with the registration
  3. Eligible participants will be sent refund details to the email address and payment method associated with their Race Roster account

Registration Transfers

  1. Sub-Event Transfers ($10.00) – You can transfer your original registration within the same event (e.g. Sprint Tri to Olympic Tri). You must complete the transfer in Race Roster. Transfer your Event HERE
  2. Participant-to-Participant Transfers ($25.00) – You can transfer your registration to another participant within the same event. You must have the email address of the recipient and complete the transfer in Race Roster. Transfers completed outside Race Roster will not be honored. Transfer your Event HERE
  3. Event-to-Event Transfers ($25.00) – You can transfer your registration to another event within the same season (e.g. Welland to Bracebridge)

How do Event-to-Event Transfers work?

  1. Email info@multisportcanada.com with ‘Transfer from Event Name to Event Name’ in the subject line
  2. Include a confirmation number or email address associated with the registration
  3. You will receive instructions to register for the desired event and the transfer fee will be deducted from your original registration fees

IMPORTANT NOTES AND TRANSFER POLICY:

  • All registrations MUST have a valid Triathlon Ontario Membership or Triathlon Ontario One Day Fee purchased during cart check-out.
  • Transfers MUST be completed on Wednesdays by 11:59PM - Ten (10) Days prior to an Event Weekend
  • If there is a difference in the registration fees, you will need to pay the difference, the Transfer Fee, and applicable Race Roster Processing Fees
  • If there is no difference in the registration fees, you will need to pay the Transfer Fee
  • If you are transferring to a lower-priced race, no refunds will be issued
  • If you are transferring to a race that is priced higher at the time of transfer, you will need to pay the difference
  • Transfers into sold out events or events that reach capacity and become re-opened, is not an option

Deferral/Promo Codes

We would like to kindly remind all participants there will be No Deferral option for any MultiSport Canada Event in 2025.

The following rules apply for participants who applied a deferral or promo code:

  • Eligible participants can expect their deferral or promo code sent to the email address used upon request
  • Participants who deferred their registration from the previous season are not eligible for transfers of any kind (e.g. no sub-event, event-to-event transfers, participant transfers, transfer to the following year, etc.). Please select event(s) confidently when applying a deferral or promo code as the registration is firm
  • Deferral or promo codes must be applied during cart-check out and are valid for a maximum of One (1) Year or Event Season
  • Deferral and Promo codes are applicable to ANY Triathlon Series Event listed HERE before online registration closes
  • Deferral and Promo codes become inactive after online registration closes. They cannot be applied or redeemed for cash or discounts if Race Day or Late Registrations are offered
  • Deferral and Promo codes expire at the end of the race season (October)
  • Participants are responsible for following up at info@multisportcanada.com if for any reason, they do not receive it by email before registration closes

You can expect to hear from us in the following sequence:

1. Pre Event Notice will be sent on Wednesday, May 28th by 9PM. It will contain important info such as Course Details, Final Event Schedule, Retailers in Attendance, and other tips for the event.

2. Final Event Notice will be sent on Thursday, June 5th by 9PM. It will contain important information such as your Bib Number, Wave Start Time, Water Temperature, and Parking Suggestions. Look up your bib number HERE on the weekend of the event.

3. Post Event Report will be sent in the middle of the week following the event. It will contain links to our Photo Galleries, Results, and any other Articles written about the event.

For select events in registration, you will be asked to provide your projected finishing time. Please visit our website to learn more about how bibs and waves are assigned HERE.
