I Love Coffee 5k Road Run and Walk

Race is held at Hawthorne Park 500 Ackerman Drive Porter, Indiana 46304

-Runners/Walkers receive a limited-edition t-shirt. Design for 2025 edition will be posted in the next few weeks

-Coffee hats will be available to purchase on race day for $10

-Race started at 9:00 am CENTRAL TIME.

-Timing will be old school after you finish you will be handed a popsicle stick with a number on it. Please turn that stick into the volunteer inside the community center ASAP.

-All runners/walkers will be receiving 5 raffle tickets. Additional raffle tickets can be purchased for $1. The raffle will feature Deathwish Coffee Items. We will begin the raffle once all runners and walkers are in. You MUST be present to win.

-The course is on town streets and the pavement bike trail. The course is marked with flags and arrow signs at major turns. Link to route HERE

-Snacks, Deathwish coffee, water and Gatorade will be available in the community center after you finish.

The purpose Crazy Legs Race Series (CLRS) is to promote non-pavement/pavement races in the Northwest Indiana region through the development and management of new and existing races. At all our events you will experience fun and challenging course design in a low-key atmosphere. Races will be held in parks or areas in the Lake, Porter and Laporte counties.

The Crazy Legs Race Series welcomes and encourages participation in our events by all individuals regardless of their sexual orientation, biological sex, gender identity, or gender expression. Transgender runners may register as the gender they identify with and there is no documentation needed.

The Crazy Legs Race Series would like to begin by acknowledging that the land on which we host our races is the seized territory of the Miami, Shawnee, and Illinois Nations. Refugees from other nations also resided in the area we use, including the Lenape (Delaware). We honor those who have stewarded this land throughout the generations.
