Be a part of one of Toronto’s most scenic and unique races this summer. The PUMA Toronto Women’s Summer 10K/5K is an ideal way to keep you motivated and fit throughout the summer.

If you are new to running, this is a supportive, friendly race and a great way to get out there and be active. If you are an experienced runner and ramping up your training for the fall running season, this race is the ideal test of your fitness level.

Come and see why the races provide women the opportunity to set the pace and be fit and active in a fun, supportive and friendly environment. Our virtual race gives you the flexibility to complete your race, your way, on your schedule.

The PUMA Toronto Women’s Run Series raises funds for the Pediatric Oncology Group of Ontario (POGO). Your participation helps make a difference to children and their families living with cancer.

Help us reach our $70,000 goal for 2025. This will bring our cumulative total to more than $750,000 since our series inception in 2009.

We’re proud to be an inclusive, supportive community of runners all focused on encouraging women to get out and set their pace.
