Help Joan raise money

Joan, Sophie, and Willie are ready to tie up their green Buddy Check laces and run their hearts out for 1.5km at the TC10K Family Run on April 27th!

Again this year they've joined the Buddy Check for Jesse team to raise money for this amazing charity.

The messages they wanted to share about "Buddy Checking" are:

"If someone looks sad, or even just check on them anytime!"

"Check in if someone looks sad, maybe they want to play with you"

"A buddy check would feel nice when you're feeling alone"

"Maybe someone feels like no one cares about them and you can make them feel better"

"Maybe they're feeling really down and don't want to do anything, but you can always see if they're ok and tell them you're there for them"
