My Story…
In January, we received the news that one of the most important people in my life was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. With no history of the disease and living a very healthy lifestyle, this was a shocking turn of events. We felt scared, angry, and lost, unsure of what to expect or what the next steps would be. However, thanks to the incredible team at NYGH and the remarkable advancements in colon cancer research, we have found hope! These advancements in treatment have allowed us to continue create lasting memories and enjoy our time together.
