Major Taylor Memphis would like to invite you to the 5th Annual Juneteenth Freedom Ride, Memphis, TN on Saturday, June 14, 2025 – registration will open on January 1, 2025. We will have multiple routes/distances of 23, 44 & 63 miles with supported SAG stops. Early registration is $65.00, late registration $75.00.

POST RIDE: Your first adult beverage is on us. Please bring your proper ID.

Do you want to get a few miles in before brunch and getting back on the road? Then join us for a Recovery ride on Sunday morning. The ride will roll out at 7:30 AM, Greenbelt Park, 2nd lot (middle parking lot) and we’ll have you back in the parking lot before 9:00 AM

This National Civil Rights Musem Tickets are available.
"Discovering Major Taylor" the documentary will be showing at the National Civil Rights Museum. Discount rate of $18 is available with the purchase of a Juneteenth Freedom Ride registration. Tickets can be purchased during registration.
Juneteenth Policies
- The Major Taylor Memphis (MTM) Juneteenth Freedom Ride has a “No Refund Policy”.
- If for any reason you cannot attend the event, you may request a transfer of your entry to another rider or you may request a deferral of your entry until next year.
- Transfer and Deferral requests are to be emailed to support@majortaylormemphis.
com. Please submit the Name and Email address of the person to whom you would like to transfer your entry. There will be a $5 transfer fee. - The deadline for any Transfers or Deferrals will be June 1, 2025.
- The MTM Juneteenth Freedom Ride will start rain or shine.
- Helmets with buckled chin straps are a requirement for all riders and must be worn at all times while on your bike.
- Headphones of any kind are not allowed.
- Bike front and back lights recommended.
