RACE BIB PICK UP
Friday bib pickup + donut carb loading at Foveō is optional. Save the lineup on race day and get sorted early! Swing by the store between 14:00 - 17:00 with your ID (19+)! If you pick up your bib Friday, you need to do the express check-in on Saturday just to let us know you are there (no ID required once you get your bib).
YOU MUST PRESENT ID IF YOU ARE 19+ TO GET YOUR BIB. That means you cannot pick up for someone else (even if you have their ID) - not your friend, aunt, or husband. They can get it on race day with ID if they can't on Friday, no exceptions.
PARKING / TRANSPORTATION
There is plenty of parking at Huband Elementary School (Race Central). We encourage you to ride your bikes and carpool.
ZERO WASTE - WE ARE CUP FREE
We will have ZERO cups at our event, not a single extra one kickin' around for anyone that forgot one, I'm sorry. Please bring your water bottle or collapsible cup. This is now the standard for most trail races.
Please bring home any waste you bring to the event (coffee cups, etc).
SAUCONY DEMO
Yves with Saucony will be at Race Central with demo shoes and some giveaways including a free pair of shoes. Make sure you stop by and say hi!
We encourage you to take the demos for a rip! Race in a pair of Peregrines if you really want to, that's what they are there for!
DRINKING WATER
We will have water and electrolytes from Krono at the race, but it will be limited, and there is no additional potable water source. PLEASE BRING A FULL WATER BOTTLE.
AWARDS
We will have a very small and short award ceremony for the top 3 men and women finishers of both courses only. Plus some other giveaways.
TRAIL SISTERS APPROVED
We are a Trail Sisters Approved Event, meeting the following standards:
- Equal Podiums & Awards
- Women’s Specific Apparel & Swag
- Menstrual Products Available
- Women On the Starting Line
- Pregnancy & Postpartum Policy
For more information on Trail Sisters, please visit: https://trailsisters.net/race-calendar/trail-sisters-approved/
TIMING / RACE BIBS
We will provide recyclable race bibs for all participants. Early registrants will have theirs personalized with their names.
We will have a large race clock at the finish line with the official race time, however, we will not be recording or publishing official results. Keeping the race simple and affordable with our focus on participation, the event will be self-timed. Make sure to hit start on your watch! ;)
We encourage you to record your run on Strava, as we have created a segment of the race course and you can compare your results to others if this is important to you. More information on that will be provided before the race and you can download Strava here: https://www.strava.com/dashboard
