- RACE DAY NOTES -
- Please come 30 - 45 min before the start time at 7:00 AM  to attend the pre-race chat and pick up your bibs.  If you choose to start later in the morning runners are welcome to start anytime after 7:00 AM, but the race finishes at 1:00 PM.
- If you choose to start before the 7:00 AM group start, please check-in with me when I get to the race site at 6:00 AM for registration and your bib pick up.  I will record your time, distance and add you to the list of runners. 
-Your finish time will be adjusted by what you have already completed. Only loops around the small lake in your personal 6 hour window will be counted.
THERE IS NO PACKAGE PICK UP FOR THIS EVENT, BIBS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED AT THE EVENT 
- The route will be the little lake, 4 km loop - direction is up to the runner, but we will start clockwise. 
- Route will not be marked, but this is the recommended route to reach 4 km per loop.

- Runners can choose to run 1 loop, several loops, half marathon, marathon or whatever they can in the 6 hour time limit.
- Runners need to check-In with the race director at the start of the day.
- Results will be recorded per your watch, your finish distance and time of day starting and finishing.
- Check-in is asked at the half marathon and marathon distance if you choose to continue running the full 6 hours. When done your day, check-in with the race director to get your medal, cookie and beverage of choice.
Anything 1 loop or more will get you your finisher medal and post race swag!
- Runners can also choose to join in on a restaurant based (self-paid) post race social, location to be announced at a later time. Post race social will be later in the evening with reservation to be determined based on numbers.

Race Details
January weather can be interesting to say the least.
Please dress warmer than you feel is needed as there always is the option to remove layers, take a break and warm up in your vehicle. This is a self supported event - bring whatever dietary needs, gear or food you might need for the day.
All runners must self record their results on their watch. Please report to the race director with your final distance and time for your medal and post race goodie bag.
BINS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR DRY FOOD AND CAN DONATIONS AS WELL AS WARM CLOTHING, GLOVES AND SOCKS TO OUR CHARITY AND SHELTER OF CHOICE
