What activity types are accepted from Runkeeper?
All activities must be tracked in Outdoor (GPS) mode, and can include: Running, Walking, Hiking, Nordic Walking, Trail Running or Run with Family.
Why aren't my my activities appearing on the leaderboard?
If you are tracking using Runkeeper, there are a couple of reasons this might be:
- You are using a different account than the one you are signed into
- It is possible that you are not connected to the account that you are logged into. You can verify which account you are connected to from the Post an activity screen. If you do not see the correct email address, you can disconnect, clear your cache and try to connect the correct account.
- You are not tracking an approved activity type (see approved activities above)
- Your privacy settings are not allowing activities shared only with yourself or friends to be displayed on the leaderboard
- You can modify these from the Post an activity screen any time
If you are posting activities manually, we'd recommend:
- Make sure that the confirmation number you have is correct (confirm your registration here!)
