Event day Race Pack Collection & Last Minute Registrations
Race Pack Collection & last minute registrations are NOT AVAILABLE on event day. Please ensure you plan ahead to collect your race pack during the pre-event collection times. Last minute registration is available until close of Race Pack Collection Saturday 20 September (unless sold out prior). Registration will need to be made in person.
Race Packs can be collected pre-event on Thursday 18 September (2pm - 5pm), Friday 19 September (2pm - 5pm) and Saturday 20 September (8am - 3pm). Location for collection is TBC.
You may collect a race pack on behalf of another participant if you have their confirmation email.
Cup-less event
Toohey Trail Run is making a sustainable change in 2025 and is moving to a CUP-LESS EVENT.
In an effort to minimise our waste impact and align with existing trail runs there will be NO CUPS AT THIS EVENT (on course or in the precinct).
What does this mean for you?
- You will need to carry a bottle, collapsible cup or hydration pack.
- There will still be water stations available on course for you to refill at.
- We suggest carrying a min of 500ml capacity.
Bag Drop
Your personal items will be safest if left with friends and family, however, we will provide a bag drop service for those who require it. Bag must be able to be fully closed. Items left here are at your own risk.
Transport & Travel
Driving
Free parking is available for all participants and spectators in the Griffith University Nathan campus East Car Park. Access to the car park will be open for the entire event so you can come and go as you please.
Buses
Buses will have access to the University on the morning of the event.
Road Closures
Full Road closures of the Ring Road will be in place from 10:00pm Friday 19 September - 11:00am Sunday 21 September. Access will still be possible to the East Car Park at all times.
