Smurf's Backyard Ultra is set in tropical Cairns, Far North Queensland, Australia.
Traversing 6.7km's of the famous Smithfield Mountain Bike Trails, runners tackle a lap on the hour, every hour, until they can no longer continue!
Smurf's BYU also includes the Mini Backyard - an option for up to 6 laps for those not planning on going long.
This is an experience, not just an event, also including the Saturday night event party with food, drinks, bar and live music. This is an atmosphere unique to any other Far North Queensland endurance event that you don't want to miss!
