The Annual Vancouver Triathlon is held in scenic Stanley Park! Race within this majestic world-renowned park on a course CLOSED TO VEHICLE TRAFFIC!

TRI BC Membership & Day Insurance Fees

To participate in our event you must be a member of a provincial Triathlon association (TriBC, Alberta Triathlon, etc).
You must enter your membership number when registering.
If you are not a member, you must add the 'Day Insurance' fee to your membership.
We will be cross-referencing all inputted information. If an inputted number is invalid, you will not be allowed to participant unless you:
- display your valid membership number at package pickup
- pay the day fee at package pickup.

2. Create a fundraising page and commit to raising a minimum of $700 by raceday for your chosen charity.

FEES AND NOTES

5% GST will be applied to your transaction at checkout.
An online processing fee will be applied to your online registration
All entries include a commemorative cotton race shirt if registered BEFORE August 9
Online registration will close at 12pm (MST) on Friday, August 29th or when sold out.
Your credit card statement will show a charge from Race Roster or Fast North Corp for your online registration into this event.
Registration will close when the participant capacity is reached.
All entries are Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable to another person, and Non-Deferrable to a future event. This also applies to a participant with an injury or illness. Sale and/or transfer of race entries/bib numbers is strictly prohibited.
All participants must show picture ID at check-in.
Registration is subject to annual Vancouver Parks Board approval
The Event Organizers reserve the right to deny entries or registration changes for any reason.

2025 Registration and Cancellation Policy

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Although some participants may not realize it, the majority of expenses for organizing a sporting event are incurred before the actual event takes place (ie. staff, marketing, shirts, medals, permits, deposits, insurance, etc). For this reason, issuing refunds would place the event in an adverse financial position. We all want to ensure this event can continue to be hosted in the coming years. By registering for the event, you are agreeing to the risk that if you are unable to attend the event, or if the event is cancelled, you are not entitled to a refund unless otherwise stated.
All entries are Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable to another person, and Non-Deferrable to a future event unless otherwise stated.
Sale and/or transfer of race entries/bib numbers is strictly prohibited.
A participant with an injury or illness is not eligible for a refund, transfer or a deferral entry to a future event.
By registering for the event, If the event is cancelled within 6 weeks of raceday due to COVID-19 or any other reason, the participant agrees to a 75% deferral credit. This credit can be applied towards the 2026 event. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

By registering you agree to adhere to the local and provincial (BC) Covid-19/Pandemic restrictions at the time of the event. You understand that restrictions fluctuate and will be based on BC Health guidelines at the time of the event. These guidelines may require changes to the event and it's operations. By registering for this event, you agree to any and all changes necessary.
