(Update) The AACR Philadelphia Marathon, Dietz & Watson Philadelphia Half Marathon and the Rothman Orthopaedics 8K events are now sold out.
The waitlist for the AACR Philadelphia Marathon and the Dietz & Watson Philadelphia Half Marathon are now closed.
The Rothman Orthopaedics 8K waitlist is still open, but there is no guarantee you will be accepted. A credit card will be required to secure your place on the waitlist, but you will not be charged until a slot is available. You can sign up for the Rothman Orthopaedics 8K waitlist on this site. For guaranteed entry (while bibs are available) you may run for AACR Runners For Research or see one of the official charity partners who may have bibs available for fundraisers. Contact them directly to learn more about guaranteed entry through their respective fundraising programs.
Depending on deferrals and cancellations, we will be releasing a limited number of Rothman Orthopaedics 8K bibs on Thursday, October 23.
If you no longer wish to remain on the Rothman Orthopaedics 8K waitlist, please email info@philadelphiamarathon.com with the subject line “Waitlist Cancellation - (Rothman Orthopaedics 8K)” no later than 12 noon (EST) on Wednesday, October 22.

Teams and donations: Note that teams and donations are for AACR Runners For Research only. Check with your contact if you are running on behalf of a charity affiliate. All team names will be vetted and if found to be offensive or derogatory, the team captain will be asked to modify to something appropriate for a family friendly event.
Note on in-training gear. There is a $15 shipping and handling charge for in-training gear to Canada & Mexico. All other international in-training orders must be picked up at the Expo.
If you are ordering merchandise or gear, please ensure your shipping address field includes apartment or condo numbers. We cannot ship to incomplete addresses.
