Marinette 5K Heart Run/Walk

The 5K Walk/Run is chip timed and offers Age Group Awards to the Top 3 Finishers in the following Female and Male Age Groups: 10 and Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and Over. The course is an out and back with a timing mat at the turnaround. All 5K Walkers and Runners will receive a Finisher Medal.

This event is not chip timed and there are no Age Group Awards. Participants will start with the 5K Walkers/Runners and can walk or run. You will turn around at the 0.5 mile mark at the intersection of Angwall Drive and Parcek Street to return to the Start/Finish Line. All 1 Mile participants will receive a Finisher Medal.

This event is for our younger or first-time runners. Ages 5 and under will run/walk 1 loop (0.1 miles) of the expo area in the secured parking lot. Ages 10 and under will run 2 loops. If your child is older or has been running longer distances, then you most likely would want to sign them up for either the 1 mile Community Walk (Untimed) or 5K Run/Walk (Chip Timed and eligible for Age Group Awards in either 10 and Under or 11-14 age group). All Children's Run participants will receive a Finisher Medal.

We encourage all participants to join us for the In Person events, but if you will be out of town or are a key volunteer and still want to participate then please select "VIRTUAL". There will not be Age Group Awards or Official Results for the Virtual Event. Please select "Shipping" at checkout if you want your Shirt and Finisher Medal mailed to your home. Bellin Employees please enter your department for interdepartmental mailing. Staff will do their best to send your items as quickly as possible when they become available.

SPECIAL EVENT held at 8:50AM before the start of the Kids Run on Saturday, May 3rd. ONLY PAST PARTICIPANTS of the Marinette Clinic Cardiopulmonary Rehab or Cancer programs or direct family members should register using this option. The Celebration Walk will be held on the Kids Run course at the Main Expo site starting and finishing at the Blue Heart Run Inflatable Arch. The distance is 1 loop which is 1/10 of a mile with chairs set up if a participant may need to rest. This event will allow past participants and family members to celebrate their recovery and reunite with staff! Participants who register for the Celebration Walk are welcome to participate in the 1 Mile Walk which starts at 8AM. Your BIB number is untimed so please make sure to look at the clock or start your watch if you would like to know your time.
