My Story…
The YJC holds a special place in my heart. Nechama and Rabbi Meir have influenced my spiritual journey, shaping my connection to Judaism. After years of injury, I finally return to running, grateful to Hashem for my privilege to move and grow. As I turn 27 this November, I’m pledging to raise $2,700 (150×Chai) for the YJC in honor of Sarah Imeinu, who lived 127 years, the significance of which was discussed in our Women’s Torah class. My goal is to run the Yorkville Constantine 5K in 23:01, inspired by Parshat Chayei Sarah coincidentally read the week of my birthday. I hope to inspire others to embrace health and Hashem’s gift of life. Consider donating anonymously—true generosity comes from intention, not recognition. May we all grow in kindness and light. <3
