Our story…
"Cardio Makes The Heartio" is all about challenging yourself to move, and raising others up along the way. I started this journey in 2020 because I hadn't had good cardio in nearly 10 years, and I wanted to change that.
Whether it's raising money for mental health supports, or helping to provide opportunities for others that need a helping hand, I'm happy to make it a part of this.
