Transfer of tickets between runners
Runners who are unable to run in the event, can transfer their entry to another person via the ticketing platform until 11pm 22 March 2025. Soul Runners is not responsible for these transfers and it is up to the registrant to find the new ticket purchaser. Instructions can be found here Race Roster.
Transfers of tickets between distances
Runners can change the distance they originally signed up for (subject to availability), however if the distance is lesser no refund is available and higher distance will incur the fee difference. Instructions can be found here Race Roster.
Waitlists
Soul Runners will not host a waitlist for this event. Finding transfers is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser.
Event cancellation refund policy
No refunds (unless event cancelled), transfers only to be self organised via your RaceRoster Log-in.
If Federal or State or other legal restrictions are imposed resulting in the cancellation of the Swan River Half, the following will be offered:
- Refund of 75% of your ticketed price minus applicable fees, returned to the credit card used during purchase, or as per Government Directives.
