Continuing a Legacy
Every step I take in the Crim 10-Mile Race is more than just a run—it's a tribute.
I am proud to serve as a Crim Ambassador, but this journey is deeply personal. This race was my father’s favorite, and being on this course allows me to carry forward his love for movement, community, and the joy he found in every mile. Training for this race is my way of honoring his legacy, keeping his spirit alive, and making every stride meaningful.
As an ambassador, I’ve committed to more than just showing up at the start line. I’m raising funds to support the incredible work the Crim Foundation does—empowering communities through fitness, mindfulness, and education. The programs they offer open doors, build strength, and inspire lifelong wellness.
This is about more than running. It’s about remembering, giving back, and moving forward—with purpose.

Please consider helping me raise funds to support the mission of the Crim Fitness Foundation. The Crim is serving nearly 40,000 Flint and Genesee County resident's health and wellness needs through a variety of programs including the Flint Community Education Initiative and Community-Wide Youth Sports; the Flint Mindful Cities Initiative; Nutrition Education and Food Access Work; and, of course, the HAP Crim Festival of Races and CrimFit Training Program!
