Barrelman Niagara Falls


A point-to-point triathlon starting in a world class swim venue at the Welland International Flatwater Centre. Enjoy a single loop swim with calm waters as you run directly up the Grandstands into the transition area. The Half Bike Course contains two loops along the well paved Niagara Parkway with closed roads for nearly 64km. The Olympic Bike Course features 25km of closed roads - A first for any race in Ontario! The run course is relatively flat and fast with a couple of challenging hills. Registration Details and Communications

Registration closes on Tuesday, Sept 9th at 12PM or when a given Event has reached it's entry limits.

You can expect to receive the following notices in this sequence:

Pre Event Notice sent on Wednesday, Sept 3rd by 9PM containing important Course Details, Final Event Schedule, and Retailers in Attendance.

Final Event Notice sent on Wednesday, Sept 10th by 9PM containing your Athlete Guide, Bib Number and Start Time Info.

Post Race Report sent on Wednesday, Sept 17th including photos, results, and any articles written about the event.

Please confirm that your email address is valid in Race Roster. We would like you to receive all our email communications leading up to the event.

MultiSport Canada Triathlon Series Registration Policies

We realize in some circumstances that participants are unable to attend. Our refund policy offers flexibility for participants while ensuring the sustainability of the Barrelman event.

Refund Policy

  • Four (4) Weeks prior to Event Weekends (on or before Sundays at 11:59PM) we will extend a 75% refund on your event fees
  • Two (2) Weeks prior to Event Weekends (on or before Sundays at 11:59PM) we will extend a 25% refund on your event fees
  • Within (2) Weeks of any Event Weekend there will be No Refunds
  • With all refunds, participants will be required to pay the processing fee

How do I request a Refund?

  1. Email info@multisportcanada.com with ‘Refund Request – Event Name’ in the subject line
  2. Include a confirmation number or email address associated with the registration
  3. Eligible participants will be sent refund details to the email address and payment method associated with their Race Roster account

Registration Transfers

  1. Sub-Event Transfers ($10.00) – You can transfer your original registration within the same event (e.g. Sprint Tri to Olympic Tri). You must complete the transfer in Race Roster. Transfer your Event HERE
  2. Participant-to-Participant Transfers ($50.00) – You can transfer your registration to another participant within the same event. You must have the email address of the recipient and complete the transfer in Race Roster. Transfers completed outside Race Roster will not be honored. Transfer your Event HERE


IMPORTANT NOTES AND TRANSFER POLICY:

  • All registrations MUST have a valid Triathlon Ontario Membership or Triathlon Ontario One Day Fee purchased during cart check-out.
  • Transfers MUST be completed on Wednesdays by 11:59PM - Ten (10) Days prior to an Event Weekend
  • If there is a difference in the registration fees, you will need to pay the difference, the Transfer Fee, and applicable Race Roster Processing Fees
  • If there is no difference in the registration fees, you will need to pay the Transfer Fee
  • If you are transferring to a lower-priced race, no refunds will be issued
  • If you are transferring to a race that is priced higher at the time of transfer, you will need to pay the difference
  • Transfers into sold out events or events that reach capacity and become re-opened, is not an option

Deferral/Promo Codes

We would like to kindly remind all participants there will be No Deferral option for any MultiSport Canada Event in 2025.
