Registration and Cancellation Information
- 5% GST will be applied to your transaction at checkout.
- All entries include a commemorative DeadCold cotton tshirt if registered by January 24
- Online registration will close at noon (MST) on Friday, February 7 or when the event is sold out.
- An online processing fee will be applied to your online registration into the DeadCold Run.
- All prices listed in Canadian Dollars.
- VISA, MC, Amex, Discover Card, VISA Debit and INTERAC Online accepted.
- Your credit card statement will show a charge from "2025 DeadCold Run" for your online registration into this event.
- All participants must show picture ID at check-in.
- The Event Organizers reserve the right to deny entries or registration changes for any reason.
- A participant with an injury, illness, or simply not attending is not eligible for a refund, transfer or a deferral entry to a future event.
- All entries are Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable to another person, and Non-Deferrable to a future event unless otherwise stated in the DeadCold Run Infectious Disease policies (below).
- If the event cannot take place in 2025 due to a pandemic (COVID-19 or other), the participant will have the following options:
- Free entry in the 2025 Virtual Event OR;
- Entry credit deferral to the 2026 event less a 20% admin fee
