Registration and Cancellation Information

  • 5% GST will be applied to your transaction at checkout.
  • All entries include a commemorative cotton casual tshirt if registered by January 24
  • Online registration will close at noon (MST) on Friday, January 31 or when the event is sold out.
  • An online processing fee will be applied to your online registration into the DeadCold Run.
  • All prices listed in Canadian Dollars.
  • VISA, MC, Amex, Discover Card, VISA Debit and INTERAC Online accepted.
  • Your credit card statement will show a charge from "2025 DeadCold Run" for your online registration into this event.
  • All participants must show picture ID at check-in.
  • The Event Organizers reserve the right to deny entries or registration changes for any reason.
  • A participant with an injury, illness, or simply not attending is not eligible for a refund, transfer or a deferral entry to a future event.
  • All entries are Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable to another person, and Non-Deferrable to a future event unless otherwise stated in the DeadCold Run Infectious Disease policies (below).
  • If the event cannot take place in 2025 due to a pandemic (COVID-19 or other), the participant will have the following options:
    • Free entry in the 2025 Virtual Event OR;
    • Entry credit deferral to the 2026 event less a $15 admin fee
