This camp will get you out on some of the toughest parts of the course. The sections we run are weather-dependent, as we can still have snow up high in June.

Location: Crowsnest Pass, AB

• Sit-down sessions to talk sports nutrition, the mental game, downhill running, race logistics, what your crew should know, gear....and more
• Aid station food and water
