5K Foam Fest Volunteer Sign-up
Whether you're looking to earn your volunteer hours, cheer your friends on, or participate in the foamy fun without actually having to run, the 5K Foam Fest wants YOU to come help out and enjoy the most epic FOAMY atmosphere of the year. As a volunteer, you'll get to experience 5K Foam Fest from a totally different perspective!
Shifts Available
1. Morning Gear Check Shift in support of Make-A-Wish Canada: 7:00am - 12:30pm - 5k Foam Fest participants can check their bag for a minimum donation of $5. Your responsibility will be to assist with processing donations in support of Make-A-Wish Canada, assist participants with tagging and storing their bag. Please note you may be moved to a festival shift based on the needs of the event.(option to run the course for free on event day after your shift)
2. Afternoon Gear Check Shift in support of Make-A-Wish Canada: 12:00pm - 4:00pm - 5k Foam Fest participants can check their bag for a minimum donation of $5. Your responsibility will be to assist with processing donations in support of Make-A-Wish Canada, assist participants with tagging and storing their bag. Please note you may be moved to a festival shift based on the needs of the event. (earn 1 complimentary ticket to any future 5K Foam Fest)
3. Morning Festival Shift: 7:00am - 1:00pm - Registration, Kids Zone, Retail, Start Line or Finish Line (option to run the course for free on event day after your shift at 1pm - last wave)
4. Afternoon Festival Shift: 1:00pm - 4:00pm - Registration, Kids Zone, Retail, Start Line or Finish Line (earn 1 complimentary ticket to any future 5K Foam Fest)
5. Full Day Festival/Course Shift: 7:00am - 4:00pm - Obstacle Attendant & Water Station (earn two complimentary tickets to any future 5K Foam Fest)
What Do You Get?
- Free run after your shift for festival volunteers or 2 free tickets to a future event for course volunteers
