This training plan will prepare you physically and mentally for any spring 10K or half marathon, including Charlotte Racefest. Each group meetup will have:
- Coach led warm-up
- Group Run
- Coach led strength and mobility
- Q and A
- Discussion on training, nutrition, personal race planning, and more!
In addition to the plan, you will receive:
- Custom Brooks technical tee
- Feetures socks
- All of the encouragement you need, and then some
