We have made the difficult decision to cancel the race for 2025 due to unforeseen circumstances and costs. All registered participants will receive a full refund via their original payment method by Friday, August 1, 2025.
START and FINISH at the 25m Pool at St. Clair College. Run on closed roads on the Main Campus. Distances vary by age category.
Adults (14+) - You can do the event individually or as a team of two!
There will be no overall or age group awards for this event. We celebrate participation over competition!
The first 150 registrations will receive a Finishers Medal. An optional event T-shirt can be purchased with your registration.
Post-race Hospitality provided by Tim Hortons & Boston Pizza!
This event will provide financial support for the SRC Food Bank, a complimentary service for St. Clair College students in emergency need of food due to dire financial circumstances.

Event Details
SWIM (25m POOL):
- All participants will be body marked with race number and number of swim & run laps.
- One parent (VIP) will be allowed in the water to assist their children ONLY in the 3-5 age group.
- Life jackets will be allowed for ages 3-5 and 6-7 ONLY.
- No floatation devices allowed except for ages 3-5 and 6-7.
- Swim laps based on age group chart above.
- Age groups will marshal on the Pool Deck as called upon and wave starts will be determined.
- 2 swimmers per lane; swimmers are responsible to count their own lengths.
- St. Clair College Lifeguard staff will be on the Pool Deck at all times.
- Once done swimming, participants exit the Pool into the Parking Lot Transition Area.
- Spectators will be allowed on the Pool Deck in designated area.
RUN (CLOSED COLLEGE ROADS):
- One parent (VIP) allowed on the Run Course to assist their children ONLY in the 3-5 age group.
- No pacing of runners on the course at any time.
- Run laps based on the age group chart above.
- Runners are responsible to count their own laps on the run course.
- W.R.AC.E. will be utilizing electronic timers and chip timing.
- A follow-up bicycle will be with the last participant on the course
- A display clock will be at the START/FINISH so that each competitor can see their time
- Water stations with volunteers will be provided on the course.
- A PA system and announcer will be employed to review rules, announcement participants, etc.
