January is the start of a new year, what better time to get started (or continue) your fitness journey. Walking is one of the most accessible forms of exercise out there, so let's get to stepping!
100 miles just too easy for you? Challenge yourself with either 250 or the biggest challenge we have done yet, 500 miles!
Could you complete 500 miles in 100 days? That works out to 5 miles every single day, what a challenge!
We also offer the 250 or 500 bike mileage challenge!

Emails will be sent out with an invite link to join the PRIVATE Strava group. You will need to download Strava (it's free!) to track your mileage. It will be the only app accepted. All mileage must be INTENTIONAL mileage. Walking around getting your normal steps in a day, do not count.
