Can I register the day of the race?
- Yes. Please note, we accept credit/debit only.
What will I receive based on the date I register?
- Registrations made prior to midnight on May 11th will receive an Awake the Grapes shirt.
- Registrations made after midnight on May 11th will receive a drink ticket. Drink tickets may be redeemed for select beverages, including non-alcoholic, provided by Bold North Cellars on the day of the event.
What should I do with my shirt if I do not want it?
- Please drop it off at the shirt exchange area at the registration site.
Can I change the size of shirt that I ordered?
- No. Please note, there will be a shirt exchange area at registration where you may swap your shirt for a different size. There is no guarantee that the size desired will be available.
What type of drinks (and food, activities, etc.) does Bold North Cellars offer?

If the race is cancelled, will I be refunded?
- No.
If I am unable to attend, will I be refunded?
- No. There is an option to purchase refund protection during the registration process. If you purchase the protection and are unable to attend, you will be refunded.
Can I change race distance after I register?
- Yes. If registration was for 10k and you’d like to run 5k, there will be no additional fee. If registration was for 5k and you’d like to run 10k, the difference in race price will need to be paid.
Can I race with a stroller?
- Yes. Please note that the racecourse terrain will be uneven as portions are on field trails and gravel.
Are dogs allowed?
- No dogs are allowed on the race route but are allowed on the Bold North Cellar’s property per their policy below. Please note that no dog water dishes will be provided.
