Our event serves as a fundraiser for the University Hospital Foundation– helping to raise awareness and funds to support all aspects of cardiovascular care. We encourage you to share the experience with family, friends and co-workers. Together, we can make every step count!

ENTRY & CANCELLATION NOTES
- 5% GST will be applied to your transaction at checkout.
- All entries include a commemorative cotton casual race shirt. *not guaranteed after September 1.
- Online registration will close at noon (MST) on Friday September 19, 2025 or when the event is sold out.
- An online processing fee will be applied to your online registration into the Edmonton Heartbeat Run.
- All prices listed in Canadian Dollars.
- VISA, MC, Amex, Discover Card, VISA Debit and INTERAC Online accepted.
- Your credit card statement will show a charge from "2025 Edmonton Heartbeat Run" for your online registration into this event.
- Participants under 18 years of age must have a statement signed by their parent or legal guardian permitting them to participate.
- All participants must show picture ID at check-in.
- The Event Organizers reserve the right to deny entries or registration changes for any reason.
- A participant with an injury, illness, or simply not attending is not eligible for a refund, transfer or a deferral entry to a future event.
- All entries are Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable to another person, and Non-Deferrable to a future event unless otherwise stated in the Heartbeat Run Infectious Disease policies (below).
- If the event cannot take place in 2025 due to a pandemic (COVID-19 or other), the participant will have the following options:
- Free entry in the 2025 Virtual Event OR;
- Free entry deferral to the 2026 event, less a 25% administration fee
- As a condition of entry, the participant will agree to the Heartbeat Run Rules and Policies
