Seattle Marathon Family of Events Vendor Booth Purchase Agreement
As a potential exhibitor, I understand and agree to the following: All booth purchases are subject to approval by the Seattle Marathon Association (SMA). Important note: In order to ensure that one product does not saturate the Expo and to allow all vendors an optimal experience at the Expo, SMA reserves the right to reject any purchase and refund any money it deems necessary.
Please note that the purchase price for your expo booth is not refundable at any time after the date that is 60 days prior to the date of the 2025 Seattle Marathon Event for any reason, including without limitation to the cancellation or postponement of the Expo for any reason or for no reason at all.
Right of Refusal. The Seattle Marathon Association (SMA), in our sole discretion, reserves the right to determine the appropriate use of the vendor booths and other services we offer. SMA reserves the right to refuse a booth request or request for any other vendor services, in our sole discretion and for any reason. You agree that SMA shall not be liable to you for loss or damages that may result from our refusal to provide these services. The vendor is required to inform SMA of all products and services they will be promoting/exhibiting in their booth. SMA reserves the right, in our sole discretion and for any reason, to cancel your booth reservation or limit what products or services can be promoted/exhibited at your booth.
