EMERSON'S DUNEDIN MARATHON
The 45th Dunedin Marathon running race, organised by Caversham Harrier and Athletic Club in Dunedin, New Zealand will be held on Sunday 14th September 2025 consisting of 6 events:
- Full Marathon Run
- Half Marathon Run
- Half Marathon Recreational Walk
- 10 km Run
- 10 km Recreational Walk
- 5 km Fun Run and Walk
In 2025, all events will again finish going down the Ward St ramp, after crossing the railway bridge overlooking Emerson’s Brewery.
- The marathon will start at the Portobello Recreation Reserve, head northeast up the peninsula, turning around between Penguin Place and Te Rauone Reserve, then heading back to the city to finish outside Emerson’s.
- All the other courses start inside the Caledonian Ground and finish outside Emerson’s.
