We invite you to join us throughout the year as we celebrate Akron's 200th anniversary with a special wellness challenge! The goal is to complete 200 wellness activities between January 7th and December 6th.
Any activity counts—whether it's biking, hiking, swimming, strength training, physical therapy (PT/OT), or any other form of movement. Each activity should last at least 15 minutes and contribute toward your individual wellness goal.
