Expo Booth Rental
10 by 10 booth with 8 ft table, 2 chairs and includes pipe and drapes. Regular booth price is $1,300.00. Non-profits can rent a booth for $1,000, but you will need to contact Jane@1stplacesports.com to receive discount code.

Runners' Expo Facts
1. The Gate River Run Runners' Expo is a three-day event held at the Stadium Flex Field, 1 Daily's Place
2. 25,000+ visitors are expected over the three-day period.
3. All participants are required to pick up their race packets at the expo.
4. Booths are arranged so that all runners will have to pass every booth.
5. Food and drink is not allowed in the expo.
Runners' Expo - Open to the Public
Thursday, February 27th - Noon until 6 PM
Friday, February 28- 10 AM until 6 PM
Saturday, March 1st - 8:30 AM until Noon
Runners' Expo Set up
Wednesday, February 26th- 1 PM until 6 PM
Thursday, February 27th - 9 AM until noon
Load in docks are available on east side of Flex Field. See parking information.
Vendor Parking
Vendors will have reserved parking. Parking passes are not required on Wednesday, February 26th, but will be required on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Parking passes can be picked up at the Vendor Checkin booth inside the expo.
Parking is located in Lot D on east side of Flex Field. You entry Lot D from Gator Bowl Blvd.
Load in docks are located on the east side of the Flex Field.
Vendor ID Badges
Vendors will need an official Gate River Run Vendor Badge to be able to enter the expo during setup hours on Thursday and Friday, but will not need a badge during setup on Wednesday. Vendor badges will be available for pickup at the Vendor Checkin Booth inside the expo on Wednesday from 1 PM until 6 PM or on Thursday from 9 AM until noon.
Policy and Procedures
All vendor booths must be staffed during the hours the expo is open to the public. If you need an exception, you will need to make prior arrangements. Vendors are required to stay inside the confines of their booth space during open hours to the public. Vendors may not create any hazard or impose undue hardship to the event, facilities, staff, operations, and visitors.
Shipping and Receiving
If you need to ship anything to the expo, you will need to make prior arrangements. Shipments can only be received between 10 AM and 4 PM on Tuesday, February 25th and Wednesday, February 26th, Ship to Gate River Run Runner's Expo, 1 Everbank Stadium Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32202. Handling changes may apply.
Electricity for Booth
Electricity is available. The cost is $100 for all three days of the expo. You can select the option to add electricity to your booth during registration.
