Behind Heritage High School (1111 Montreal Road)

Come test run (swim) the water portion of the Cornwall Triathlon. No guarantees the water will be warm, but still a good opportunity to test out your training.

Important details:

1. No life guards will be present

2. Minimum age to participate: 16

3. All participants need to be able to complete the event without assistance of others.

4. This is a swim at your own risk event.

The gates at Heritage won't be open, so there will be a walk from where you park, to where the event is held in the river. There are two very convenient locations, please see the map below.

Yellow - St. Lawrence College / River Institute:

Cross the bridge, follow the bike path (red on the map)

Yellow - Kirkman Court

Follow access route to the bike path, turn right (red on the map)

750M (one lap)

1500M (two laps)
