Victory Gallop

Thirty years ago, Victory Gallop was founded with a simple mission: to provide a save, supportive place where children facing life’s challenges could find joy, confidence, and healing through horseback riding. As we celebrate this milestone, we reflect on the journey that brought us here and the many lives we’ve been honored to touch.

At the heart of Victory Gallop are our dedicated volunteers and incredible horses – together, they create a caring space where children learn trust, resilience and perseverance. Our program has grown to include therapeutic riding, confidence-building camps, fitness sessions, and special events – all helping children reach their potential. The organization thrives thanks to the generous support of donors, sponsors, and friends, enabling it to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families.

As we celebrate this notable feat, we are thrilled to announce that Victory Gallop will once again take part in the Akron Marathon Blue Line Charity Program! This inspiring event allows us to raise awareness and funds to support our riders and programs. As before, 100% of donations made to our program through the Blue Line Charity Program go directly to Victory Gallop. In honor of our 30^th Anniversary, a generous donor has pledged to match all donations – up to $30,000. That means your gift will go twice as far to help our riders continue to grow and thrive.
