2025 ASC Heart & Sole 5K

Run, Celebrate, and Raise Funds for a Great Cause!

Join us for the 15th Annual ASC Heart & Sole 5K and fun run benefiting POETIC and their mission to equip girls who have experienced child mistreatment, commercial sexual exploitation, and sex trafficking to find their voices, reclaim their narratives, and persist forward. Kids, dogs, runners, walkers and families all welcome!

All Finishers will receive a finisher item and a long sleeve t-shirt.

Awards will be:

1st Overall Male & Female Finishers

1st Overall Masters Male & Female

Age groups: 1-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69; 70+

(chip timing is required for eligibility for top finisher awards)

Youth pricing of $15.00 for 14 and under will be automatically applied at the end of your transaction.

The Festivities

Stick around for breakfast, live music, and family-friendly activities after the race! Enjoy the kids area with a bounce house, face painters, and balloon artist.

Packet Pickup

During registrations, choose to pick up your race packet the Sunday before the race at one of two 7-11 locations in Dallas and Plano. Pickup times are 11am-3pm.
