Our awesome volunteers make this event posable! You can help with race registration, passing out medals, handing out waters, taking pictures and through colour powder. If you have a lot of energy and want to cheer our runners on, we want YOU!
All Volunteers Receive:
- One complimentary ticket, transferable to anyone our good for next years event.

- Loads of fun while volunteering!
- Access to the volunteer tent where we will have snacks and drinks
Requirements:
- Must be 10 years old or older at the time of the event to volunteer
- Must stay for the entire shift
- Must sign Participant & Volunteer Waiver
- Flexibility on your assigned task
- A smiling face!
About Volunteer Shifts
Registration Tent
Check in registered runners and distribute participant wristbands. Ensure all participants signing in have completed the waiver. Manage walk-up registrations. Provide friendly customer service while assisting with basic event questions.
Starting Line and Finish Line
Assist with the flow at the starting line by directing participants to the start area. Check participant wristbands to ensure runners are within the next wave time. Cheer participants on!
Colour Station team:
Manage the colour powder station. Help paint all the participants with colour powder. Offer motivation and cheer on the participants! safely. We will have a brief training on all tasks the day of the event.
Colour Hype Team:
Keep the party going, work with the DJ to encourage participants to dance and have fun at the after party.
Course Water Stop
Keep participants hydrated, fill cups with water and cheer on the participants.
Photographer
You will receive an email two weeks before the event with more details about four shift. We will also send you periodic updates before the race to make sure for a great day in the bubbles.
If for some reason you cannot come for your volunteer shift, please let us know as soon as possible.
