Run, or walk this 5k - 10k course and then enjoy a large bag of kettle corn and fresh lemonade. You've earned it!

Little Kernel - 2k Closed

Run a 2k and finish with a bag of popcorn, a cup of lemonade, and a finisher medal. Participants 6 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times either running or watching. NO AGE LIMIT (come run with your littles so you can have popcorn too!!) Strollers are permitted.

One in four Canadians are affected by mental health challenges, and family members are on the front lines in providing support for their loved ones. There is inadequate recognition and support for family members. Too often, they end up isolated and hopeless, and often struggle with their own mental health, essentially becoming “collateral casualties” as they try to help their loved ones.
